I was unable to receive a signal on my monitor and emailed support (email address found in the "Policy" section of the website). I received an email and had the tech call me back as I did not & do not understand computer talk. He did and we were on the phone diagnosing the issue- My purchase did not work with my monitor. I was given a paid postage label to send back the computer and a comparable replacement was found. Management agreed to the computer that I choose and it was shipped. I am very happy with how this turned out and will purchase items from PC Liquidations again. Laura
