I've purchased a few items from Chewy and I barely reach out to customer service but the couple of times I did I was pleasantly surprised by the magnificent customer service I received every time. In my opinion, chewy is number one in customer service. The items are also of good quality and the prices are reasonable.

I've ordered a few items from armanybeauty.com and it has been disappointing. They don't send the samples and they do false advertising on the website. As of today 3/1/23 they have a promotion of a free 7ml bottle of my way nectar with any purchase of any my way fragrance, so I ordered the large bottle of my way floral, automatically the free bottle was added in my cart, then I entered a 10% discount code and I was able to do the transaction. I never saw anything saying if I add a discount code I won't be able to receive the free 7ml bottle. The next day I receive an email saying my order has been shipped but doesn't show the free bottle and customer service gives me two reasons; 1. I used a discount code, therefore I can't get the free bottle because I can only get one or the other and 2. They free bottles are out of stock. But if you see their website, the promotion is still saying you get a free 7ml bottle so if they don't have any more, why they are lying to the customers? And why they don't inform customers about the discount codes and if we use a code we cannot get their promotion? My frustration is mainly because of their lies and false advertising.

The perfumes sold on fragrance.com are fake! I don't care how much they claim they're not. The return process is also a nightmare. I sent the items long time ago and they claim they don't have them even when the tracking number says they have been delivered. There's something fishy about that too. Worst mistake ever.
