TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PRICELINE!. I booked a room on 6/10/19 in Pittsburgha good dealthru a phone Priceline representative, for 6/14-6/17. He was not sure the reservation ywent thru, as he did not get a confirmation notice, so he referred me to a customer service rep who assured me my reservation was in order, and emailed me a confirmation. They posted it to my American Express, which was listed as pending.

So i show up at the hotel, and NO RESERVATION FOUND. After at least 1 hour spent with MULTIPLE Priceline Reps/supervisers on the phone, i was informed my reservation was "Rejected". I received NO email or phone call to inform me of this "REJECTION". I was simply told they could not help me because it was "rejected".

WHY WOULD ANYONE BOOK WITH PRICELINE UF THE RESERVATION THEY PROMISED YOU COULD SIMPLY BE WITHDRAWNWITH NO NOTIFICATION!

TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CYSTOMERS AND NONEXISTENTCUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fortuately the hotel had a room that i could have, but at $250 more than Priceline promisedcomplete with a confirmation email from them. AND PRICELINE WOULD DO NOTHING TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE.

DONT RELY ON PRICELINE FOR YOUR RESERVATIONS!

PLEASE SHARE THIS LIBERALLY, AND SPARE SOMEONE ELSE A RUDE AWAKENING IN DEALING WITH PRICELINE! I
