Agoda is a Real fraud. I made a Booking for a hotel in Hungary and paid on the agoda site it was a prepayment to get the best rate possible. When i arrived at the hotel they told me my reservation had been cancelled on the 5th of december... any cancellation After novembre 2nd meant i would be charged un full on my credit card. Im not stupid i would never have cancelled my réservation to lose all my money!
Impossible to get anybody on the phone that night from Agoda...
