st off you should know that Boost Mobile only has a 7 day return policy - that's 7 days from the day you order it, not from the day you activate it! My phone took 7 days to get to me, so my ability to return it was over before I got it.
nd you will get customer service from India or China or some other country, which is fine except that this company must outsource because NONE of them speak English fluently which makes it very difficult to communicate.
rd. What they won't tell you is that they will send you notices that they will no longer support your great phone (mine was an LG) forcing you to purchase something else and then that phone's service plan will cost more. Which is probably why they'll send you the notices to upgrade in the first place.
th. Whatever you do, where ever you go - do not buy the moto g pure phone - it randomly freezes, particularly when you are on a call and the features have been over thought - you know the kind where you think about the design so much that you over think it, making it impossibly complicated to do even the littlest thing. I've never hated anything before and I actually hate this phone.
th. When you call BOOST for support, instead of helping you, they will automatically connect with the manufacturer of the phone. The first question they ask is "What kind of phone do you have" and that's it, you are transferred and have to start over. They don't even let you know that that is the procedure. Very very poor customer service - if any.
