Last night, for my birthday, I ordered dinner for delivery through DoorDash. The restaurant got my dinner wrong, and clearly did not read the customization notes that were clear and in all caps. My birthday dinner was inedible, and I had to resort to something else. DoorDash denied my request for a refund! I canceled DoorDash and highly suggest nobody use them as they are thieves and scammers who do not have any customer service.
Tip for consumers:
HORRIBLE Customer Service. DO NOT use them................... They overcharge and do not honor / respect the customer.

Horrible service!
Charged me $18 for items not provided plus tip on those items. Refunded item costs since they were never received but completely unhelpful to reduce shoppers tip due to his trying to steal from me.
