Placed an order via computer. Put in the ship to address. The order was printed out for me. Everything was correct. They shipped it to the billing address. They stated it was my fault as I used my computer. The representative read the correct ship to address off her screen to me. Then stated I made the error. Will never order from them again. Very disappointed.

Do not order via computer. They do not stand behind
there products or services.
