Not honoring their advertised discount codes. Charged different amount to credit card than reflected in the cart during purchase. They do allow canceling purchase though, if done immediately. Customer service acknowledging that discount codes might not work for all items, but doing nothing to correct the issue. If the code was not valid for these items, why it showed valid when applied for the cart until after payment? Ended up purchasing the item (needed it and not many shopping options during Covid) without the code but not going to become a repeat customer.

Received my second order from Odem_nowadays shop in Ebay and gave 2 positive, one neutral and one negative comment on the 4 items received. That was due to one item bent due to having been packed folded, not enough padding for the items, so the bag had torn, and slightly slow shipment. They kindly offered to refund the bent item, and I revised my rating for the item to positive. Otherwise the items were nice quality, just as promised, and the price was good.

Never received my fist order of 5 items, that had already shipped prior to me placing the second order. After 30+ days' wait and then a month of many emails nothing was done by them to correct the issue, but they kept hinting that they could not help because I had not given fully positive review to them, and as a small company they need and deserve perfect reviews. I could not change the review afterwards to an unrelated order and cannot see the relevance. They seemed to suggest that maybe both orders had been shipped together, but the shipping notice for the first order was prior to placing the second order. Gave me a promise a few times to reship the order and twice to refund within 48 hours, but nothing happened as time passed by. Got refund from Paypal.

They still bothered to send me a message to say that it is important not to leave any negative or neutral feedback/review for them for the order that I never received.

Free shipping does not really benefit either the customer or seller. The estimated cost must be added to item price for the business to survive, but not specifying the shipping cost as a part of the total cost makes the customs fees and duties higher for the buyer. As a buyer I would be encouraged to make only small orders, below the dutiable value, which causes added work and cost for the seller.

Well, on the other hand I would not place any large order to a seller that I have not found reliable. And sad to say, this shop was not reliable.

Lots of nonsense and trouble. No option for tracking number for shipment.

Ebay itself is a great concept. Customer service only reachable by phone, and resolutions only available via Paypal. All depends on if the seller is reliable.

Just a while back this site was wholesaleitonline.com. I gave it average rating for my order. Did get the t-shirt I ordered, size bit small, fabric not as described, but not too bad. So called free shipping, including shipping cost in item value, is not a good idea. It just adds to the duties and fees paid for customs.

Why the sudden change of company name and website again? Makes me suspicious. Not a good way to build a loyal return customer base. Will work to reset for example WOT warnings from disappointed customers. I'd rather avoid a site that has not been rated yet. Many apparel photos are photoshopped to show sickly thin waist, anatomically impossible. So I cannot see what the clothes would really look like on a human figure. When I logged in there were items in my cart that I do not remember adding. Odd. Will skip on ordering this time.

EDIT as a reply to Rotita's comment: I am size S-M and ordered size L, knowing to expect some sizing issues (as you can see on my review for the previous business name WholesaleItOnline). The T-shirt was still close fit instead of the loose fit shown on the product photo. I have lived in Asia for many years, and I know the average sizing there, and I also know how often manufacturers try to save on fabric cost disregarding product descriptions and sizing requirements. If you are the manufacturer: don't cut the sizes or you will lose repeat customers and reputation. If you are a vendor: you have to have strict quality control and keep your eye on your manufacturers. Anyhow, the T-shirt was cute and still wearable and I received it in reasonable time. Unfortunately, due to the recent change of business name and odd items appearing on my cart twice when returning to check the rotita.com page, I will follow ratings before ordering again.

I would not hurry to order from them

Ordered 1 size up for t-shirt and it's wearable. Two sizes up could have been better though. Ok delivery time. Cute design. Fabric is thinner than I would expect for a t-shirt. Ok for the price paid for a single item order.

Would not order more than one item at a time or anything pricey due to shipping cost being included in the value marked for the item for customs declaration. Paying shipping separately would avoid having to pay extra for customs fees+tax.

Knowing that the site is operated by the same company that runs rosewholesale.com I will steer away in the future, regardless that had no problem with this order.

Got what I ordered considering the price paid, though lucky I ordered one size up. Should have ordered two sizes up for even better fit for the second item. Acceptable delivery time. Fabric quality not good, color not same shade as on the photo. Including shipping cost in the item cost (so called free shipping) is counterproductive if one might wish to order more than one item and for the level of customs fees+duty. Customer service replied my questions. But their policy that the customer has only 72 hours to respond their message to keep any inquiry/complaint alive does not sound reasonable. Tracking number provided was valid. EDIT: Now that after few months I consider I might order from them again I notice that they change company name and website to Rotita.com. It does not sound like a good move if the company is legitimate and trying to build a good base of return customers. I think I will look elsewhere for my next purchase.

Took 43 days to receive the item. The tracking number they provided was not valid. Instead of adult size M it was ridiculous child size suitable for age 8-9. I know to order one size up from Chinese stores, so that is not the issue here. Cheap fabric similar to what is commonly used for wrapping souvenirs or some kind of lining, instead of the promised heavy fabric. Neckline different from the photo. Color not quite the same as promised. Hem not finished. Would make an ok costume play outfit for a child, and should be sold as such instead of special occasion dress size M.

They suggested refund/exchange after I pay for return postage, or small discount, first 3.5 dollars, then 6 dollars. Lucky that Paypal refunded the money in full. Had I not paid attention I could have easily missed the 45 days deadline for disputing the deal. They did though always reply my inquiries within the promised 24 hours. One can include photos in the ticket when communicating with them, though they had no comments on the photos sent. They also run the site Dresslily. Including shipping cost in the item cost (so called free shipping) is counterproductive if one might wish to order more than one item and for the level of customs fees+duty.
