I ordered my contact lenses from this website back in November 2010. It took until January 2011 to receive all of the correct lenses. The first shipment that I received had 8 boxes of one prescription when I ordered 4 boxes for the left eye and 4 boxes for the right eye. I have a different prescription for each eye. I didn't even provide them with the information. They had to contact my eye doctor to get my prescriptions. The eye doctor's office gave them the correct information. I couldn't ever reach an actual person when calling Customer Service. I always had to leave a message and have someone call me back. That was annoying. I had to play phone tag with them for a few weeks. I was told they were sending out the rest of the correct lenses to me and a prepaid label so I could return the wrong lenses to them. I received the second box during the holidays and those lenses were wrong too. The last number of the prescription was not correct. They were closed for the holidays so I had to leave messages again. Then I was having trouble getting anybody to contact me back at all. I finally faxed them a bunch of information about the problem and then they called me. I just received the rest of the correct lenses a few days ago. It took almost 2 months to receive my full and correct order. I ordered from them since they were so reasonable on the cost of the lenses. I honestly don't think that I will order from them again. I was without contacts to wear since they kept messing up my order. I wasn't impressed with their Customer Service at all. I wouldn't advise people to order from them.
