I ordered a pair of sunglasses that I love. I was suppose to receive them in 14-21 days. After 21 days, I contacted them. They told me there had been a problem, and would either refund the money or replace the glasses. I chose to get the glasses replaced. I received them within 2 weeks. Customer service was GREAT. So many other companies would not have even contacted me back so I appreciate them reaching out to me about my order. I will def. Reorder with them.
