Hello, costumer experience overall was great. I am giving them 1 stars however because they never found a driver even though i had booked this shipment in advance. I was never made aware that this might be a problem especially since the shipment was only from Massachusetts to Maryland. I travel a lot for work and basically flew in to another state, ubered around and rented a car until i found another shipping company. Very frustrating.
