Faulty office chair purchased in March and reported to Ozsale after installation, but as at mid-July, there's still no resolution. I'm stuck with an unusable chair, with no response to my requests for a replacement or refund. Ozsale appears quite hands-off, most recently leaving it to the supplier to sort it out directly with me, which is infuriating. I don't blame the supplier (I've previously bought the same chair, with no problem). Furthermore, the supplier has been sending replacements parts via Ozsale through a long and drawn out process of elimination, but the most recent part I received can't be assembled as the original parts cannot be removed once locked into place. It turns out the supplier originally requested Ozsale to ask me to first confirm if I can first take the chair apart, but I never received that message from Ozsale. Now a stalemate. Terrible service and I will have to take this to the Small Claims Tribunal.
