“Poor business practice! Terrible customer service!”

Just like Jennifer L above... I ordered 1 Fingerling Monkey on November 25th and still do not have it. I sent an email but they have ignored that. They were quick to charge my account. I am guessing this is another scam Company. I ordered this from an ad on Facebook.
