Pros: Great selection, helpful staff, very friendly.

Prices were in line with the several other companies from whom I received quotes. I chose Kroner because they had a very distinctive quartz that seemed perfect for my new kitchen.

Cons:
Sloppy installation. It took two trips by repair people to improve the new countertops. This took 3 weeks and delayed our project.

Cut out for kitchen sink was extremely close to the wall, and made installation of the faucet very difficult.

Cut outs for bathroom faucet and handles (8" widespread) were also too close to the wall, as well as being unevenly spaced. We had to install the handles on an angle instead of parallel to the wall in order to be able to shut them off completely.

Miscellaneous Con: I was told that the two full slabs of quartz that were required for the kitchen would not be enough to also complete the (small) bathroom vanity. I put a 50% deposit on a remnant for the bathroom in order for them to save it for me. When the time came for fabrication, Kroner had sold the remnant. However, "magically" there was enough material from the kitchen slabs to do the bathroom as well. Not impressive (unless pumping their sale with unnecessary material is considered "impressive").

You must pay *In Full* before they will install the countertops. If there is a problem (and there likely will be) you have NO LEVERAGE.

Al-in-all, I would NOT recommend doing business with Kroner. They are extremely good at saying whatever they need to in a given situation, and they sound very sincere. Don't believe it.
