Well, to start I may not be the most computer savvy person in the world but I signed up a few yrs ago forgot about renewal and hit with a charge unexpectedly, oh well.
So I thought that I would be proactive and renew before hand, smart me got a better price, now the vpn is looking for a password that I don't know.
Spent some time chatting online, kept getting bumped with no resolution, then I emailed to support and it's been a week or more with no word back, shall I cancel...?!?!

Thank you for your feedback. Please advise your ticket number so we can check with support. Meanwhile, please do email support on support@zoogvpn.com and they will be happy to resolve your issue. While checking with support they advise that no ticket has been opened with them.
Update: Understand your issue was with the macOS app which is requesting an Administrator password to authorise VPN connections, not your ZoogVPN password.
