I needed to return and refund two items that I bought online from Menards. When the items arrived, it was immediately apparent that one of the items was defective, so I used Menards website to request an RMA and return shipping label. Jess V. in Menards Online Customer Service researched the purchase, and quickly facilitated my receipt of a FedEx Return Label. During the brief interim period between my request and my receipt of the return label, I discovered that the second item I had received was also defective. Both of the fragile items, Black Flag "bug zappers" had apparently been severely jarred during shipping. The tube in one of them was completely dark, and the tube in the other one flickered and buzzed. I replied to Jess V.'s email, requesting an amendment to the RMA, which would enable me to return both items with the label I had already received. Jess V. quickly accommodated my request to change the RMA, from 1 item to 2 items, so I could return both items in the original Menards shipping box, using the return label I had already received. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Jess V., and I will definitely buy from Menards whenever possible.
