When I complained that I received steaks that were inedible, so full of gristle that couldn't even cut with a knife, I got a hilarious response from customer service after asked for refund of that whole meal rather than just the $8 they said they would credit.
" Thanks for your reply.
I'm afraid we don't usually compensate for the expectation of the product. For this reason, we are not able to provide more compensation.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused."

They apologized after I said to cancel account.
Googled a problem I had, and JustAnswer popped up. Asked a question and also asked how does this work and what will it cost? Réponse was to pay $1 refundable and screen popped up to do that. Did it. Then I saw my card had been charged also $35. Immediately said cancel, no response. Cancelled on site. Wrote again and told I get no refund! I had no interaction with any professionals at all. Was a so-called member against my will for about five minutes

Better business bureau has reams of similar complaints, what a scam!
They do not follow airline fare rules. You will not receive owed residual value of a ticket. You will be shuttled from incompetent person to incompetent person with hours of hold times with no resolutions to your problems.

Don’t use travel service. Book directly with airline.
