I purchased a new 2023 Chevy Colorado. The advertised price was $*******. However, the sales price was in reality $*******. My trade in value went up $6000 after I decided to walk away from the deal.
The worst part is the finance guy. He will straight lie! To your face! Sold me 2 car care products that he claimed would only cost me $11. True cost of each was just under $2500. I went back to the dealer and frequented a refund of these items and was told only one was refundable. Completed the form for the refund but it never happened! A month late I went online to try and make contact with the general manager and chatted with a lady online who of course said how sorry she was for the problem and exclaimed that I would receive a reply by the end of the business day. Of course that did not happen either. Bottom line all car dealers will lie to you and rip you off for as much money as they can get! This one is at the top of the list for that! Avoid Myriversidechevy.com on 8200 Autodrive, Riverside.

I contacted Morgan and Morgan regarding a VA disability claim. First of all I called the number that was supposedly for the office in Los Angeles but it turns out the person was not in Los Angeles. I think he was in Florida. He clearly did not want to reveal his location? They proclaim that you can get a free consultation. During this so-called consultation they only try to get as much of your personal information like DOB and he asked for VA file number. Why are you asking for such things when you have no idea if you are going to take my case? These guys are scammers! Do not give them any personal information! They will ask! I wrote an extended message to them detailing all the important points of my case yet the guy never said one word about any of it! The guy put me on hold and came back and said unfortunately we cant' take your case at this time because there has been no decision yet. I expect a decision within a month probably less according to the VA timetable. I told the guy I did not want him to make a decision about taking my case at this point but perhaps some actual consultation regarding the facts of my case, and did he have an opinion about it? This way I can decide if I will need their services once a decision is made (Most of us expect a decision not to our liking). He simply said he cold not assist me at this point. So much for the free consultation!
Useless and unhelpful!
Look elsewhere! Especially if you are a VET avoid this guys!

Tip for consumers:
I can't stress enough, do not give them personal information.

CARID is sub name the parent company is ONYX (which I did nor know until I filed a complaint with the BBB). Ordered a set of wheels and tires on 9/12/20. Suppose to ship on 9/28/2020. I called a week prior to that? Why so long and was told that was asap. I tried to cancel and the tab on their website to request cancellation does not work! Good luck getting someone on the phone! I called on the 28th and was told I would get tracking info shortly, nothing! Called numerous time and you stay on hold more than an hour. One time after holding for an hour, message came on and said I was calling after BZ Hours, its was 10:30 AM. Finaaly got someone and requested to speak to Super, could only lease a message.
Super called the next day and flat out Lied! Said the tires and wheels ahd been received by their warehouse and were being assemlbed and I couls not cancel and would get shipping info in the next few days. Not true and it only takes 45 minutes to mount and baalnce a set but it takes a few more days to ship? Made a complaint to AFFIRM for a charge back but i'm sure they are affilited and the told me two weeks for them to make a decision on wether to make a charge back. IO took that as to give ONYX time to comply with the order. I filed a complaint with BBB. ONYX refused to cancel and overnited the wheels and tires on October 6. I reluctantly accepted them. Everyone that I talked to during this process LIED! I will never do business with ths company again and advise you to avoid them! This is a brief synopsys, actual was worse than what Iv'e written.
