Clearly this site is an enormous scam. I've been talking to a robot, who told me the same exact thing as before, once again failing to explain why, if it takes 3-7 business days that it has taken closer to a month for me to receive my paypal refund. I'm now convinced that this site is an enormous prank played on the unsuspecting, and that every time somebody falls into their trap that they have a little counter for all the people that their company has officially driven insane. I refuse to pretend that I'm getting anywhere in the case of my broken product which never came close to working despite the 80$ price. Your money back guarantee program is a joke, since to get a 67$ refund I need to pay the 33$ shipping. And even then considering how you've handled my request so far, I'm convinced that it would be "lost in transit." But, never fear! For you can find a different plan where you get 8$ and keep the broken watch. That's just the best. When I order a product, this is exactly how I expect it to go. Please take my money, send me a terrible product late, and be sure to stall long enough that it's impossible for me to ever return it within the 45 day time period. Because of the 10-day shipping there and back that leaves 25 days to decifer your cryptic and ridiculous stall techniques, before you can pay 1/3 of the cost of the original price to have it sent back. But hey, you get to keep the broken product, right? So, what should I do? Leave a review on the product on their website? Nope. It claims that I am a new user. I guess that thosse review spots are reserved for the employees of Gearbest.
(Update) Since I posted this review Gearbest representatives have been very helpful in... Closing the support ticket on Gearbest. I gave them my ticket in the hopes that they would at least attempt to fix it, but instead they decided that the customer is always wrong and closed my support ticket, making this my only medium of communication. Once again, they have astonished me by how little sympathy they show for somebody robbed of $90. They could at least try harder in pretending to care. All apologies made by them on this site start in one of four or so ways. Some of which being, "We are sorry for that inconvenience," thanking you for complaining, or, "We are extremely sorry for this dissappointment." I can't recommend a site to shop off of but I can not recommend this one.
