The service quality was deeply disappointing. The document provided was irrelevant to my specified requirements and contained references to other projects and incorrect facts, reflecting a lack of knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail.
Additionally, the deadline was not respected, and my order was postponed 4 times, causing significant inconvenience; and, as mentioned before, the final result to be akin to receiving an entirely wrong product, which is unacceptable.
Despite their claim of no upfront payment and satisfaction-based billing, I was required to pay in full at the outset, and later the maximum refund they could provide me was 10%, which is like a joke you are delivered a different product.
My requests for a refund due to these issues were only met with discounts on future orders,
After which I specifically mentioned multiple times that I am not interested in because I won't consider placing future orders with IntellectualsZone after this time-wasting experience.
Unfortunately, I can only hope the Bureau of Consumer Protection can solve this, as IntellectualsZone were totally unresponsive to resolving the matter in a respectful and satisfactory manner.
Update:
- After the review they increased to 15% refund (from 10%).
- The plagiarism results of the IntellectualsZone document arrived: 25% Similarity (just another unfulfilled promise)
