24 May 21 they block my account, their reason <quote: We have received your email about your inability to log on to your Univox account. We have many security checks that may automatically deactivate an account due to suspicious activity (such as providing false information about your identity, obscuring or misrepresent your location, maintaining multiple accounts with different usernames, etc.).
At this time, your account has been deactivated and you will no longer be able to participate in our community. Unquote>
This happened only after my first redemption on 14 May 21 (total points deducted 7518 = Reward Link SG $100)
Sent two appealing emails to enquire about my redemption on 28th May and 6 Jun, NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE from them...
Cheated me of my time/$$$ doing their surveys? I felt that way!
