- incompetent company ---they suck on service. Twice in a row they cancelled the order said the restaurant never received the order but I received a email saying they did. The bad thing is, the food was going to my 88 year old Mother, I live in a different State and order her dinner one day Grubhub said sorry here is 7 bucks for the mistake. Ok second day I ordered her lunch, 5 mintues before the order was to be delivered, they called said sorry order was cancelled. Here's another $7 bucks for the mistake. They gave no reason why. There service sucks. Never use them again. The bad thing is I contacted the nursing home both days and told them to hold her meal I was having it delivered, both days I had to call them back and tell them sorry GrubHub screwed up again, please make her meal so she can eat.
