Purchased tickets to Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in NJ from official vender, FrontGateTx, on 4/27/23 $318.22.
Tickets delivered via email. 3 & 1/2 weeks b4 event, noticed receipt & electronic tickets had invalid times. Receipt said doors open 5 hours after event ended. Tickets said show time 14 hours b/4 event began.
Ticket times critical bc patron had to travel from Midwest to NYC to attend event, meet at ferry dock at designated time with valid tickets and take promoter ferry to event, patrons could not just show up at event.
Requested correction of tickets from vender initially, alternatively refund due to vender error - invalid ticket times.
Attempted to resolve for 3 & 1/2 weeks b4 contacting credit card company. Provided detailed proof of vendor error, copies of receipt and tickets with invalid times, copies of 3 week paper trail with FrontGateTx and PayPal.
Refund denied, tickets non-refundable despite vendor error and refusal to rectify resulting in invalid ticket purchase.
Note: customer agreed to non refundable purchase of valid tickets BEFORE receiving tickets with invalid times. Customer did not agree to non refundable invalid tickets due to vendor error. Customer could not be reasonably expected to travel from Midwest to NYC with tickets with invalid times that may or may not have been honored.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid FrontGate Tickets. Terrible Customer Service. Veuve Clicquot needs to step up and make its official vender error right. I want a full refund.

Tickets invalid due to vendor error. Wrong times. Customer did not agree to purchase non refundable invalid tickets. Customer could not be reasonably expected to travel from Midwest to NYC with invalid tickets due to vendor error and chance whether tickets may or may not have been honored. Customer was required to meet at designated location at designated time for transport to event by promoter. Neither customer’s ticket nor receipt listed correct times.
Products used:
None. Tickets had invalid times. Vendor Error! Vendor refused to correct or refund. US Bank refused refund. I want my money!
