I received an email my wedding dress was being shipped 12/8. Waited the week for it to arrive but nothing. I even took in consideration being Holiday time it might take longer. But started the stream of emails with Paul's Bridal and there have been many emails of frustration and over and over the same response... now here I am 1/25/11 and still no dress or refund. I have included an email from Paul's Bridal staff they had sent me... they do keep referencing other people who did receive their package. I can not prove the package was lost so there is no insurance claim to process so I am just frustrated and dress less. I thought I check the site out to make sure it was reputable. Wedding time is stressful enough not getting your dress can ruin the day!
