It sucks because it doesn't do much of that. I vacuumed the entire floor with the Tineco Stick vacuum and then I broom swept it and got a nice pile of dirt, crumbs, flower petals, etc. that were not picked up. I've only had this thing since end of NOV 2022. I use it 1-2 times per month and find it does a poor job of cleaning other than dust on hard wood and tile floors. I clean the reservoir and filter every time I use which is very awkward to accomplish because of its unwieldy top heavy shape. It doesn't stand up on its own which is another bothersome feature. You need a third arm to deal with it. Don't spend your money on this product.
Tip for consumers:
Returns are only allowed on non used products within 30 days of purchase. Not really fair because you had to use the vacuum to find out if it works and how it works don't you think? Just makes the company all more unworthy of respect for the customer. They told me when I called you have to replace the filter every 3 months. Filter is made of metal, plastic and rubber, just what the landfill needs and what a piece of crap vacuum if you must do this.
