Ordered a custom Flyers jersey for my boyfriend for Christmas. After about a week I got an email from the website saying they haven't received a shipping confirmation (basically saying they had no idea where my almost $200 item was). I called customer service and they told me they would bump me up to 2 day shipping and I would definitely receive my package by the end of that week. Well of course it never came. Called customer service again a few days later and they told me my item STILL hadn't shipped from the warehouse and that they would open up a case and I would hear something in about 3 days. Well of course I heard nothing. It's now about 3 weeks since I placed the order and still have received nothing and haven't heard anything. I call customer service AGAIN and they tell me they will be issuing me a $20 gift card and that someone should be contacting me by email in 24 hours to tell me what's going on. At this point I just want to know if I will be receiving my item before Christmas. I get an email about an hour later from customer service telling me my entire purchase was cancelled and I will be refunded the money. At this point I'm ready to lose my mind, because I specifically told the customer service representative I didn't want the order cancelled... I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS! I called customer service a final time, and they told me the item I ordered was never even in stock. It took about a month and 5 ridiculously incompetent customer service representatives to tell me that. This website is a joke and the employees hired to assist customers are an even bigger joke. I will never attempt to order anything from this website again and unless you enjoy stress and frustration, you won't either.
