If they are serious as a business, they should get a phone line and don't transfer responsibility to a remote store that supposedly fulfilled the order. It is a Gearbest problem and customers will not forget that point. Hearing that it is being transferred to store does not solve or resolve a problem. You see from their tracking information that the item was transferred to a USPS Facility and was never shipped out, if you can believe that! However the item was paid for and Gearbest should offer either a replacement or give the customer a refund! BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE!
