Customer service is so important to me and I know that it can make of break a company. Best case scenario is that you never have to contact a customer service rep, but if you do they should give you the best customer service that makes you feel good about the company. You should not have to fight for good customer service!

Price in cart kept defaulting to the current website promo instead of the click through promo that I originally went through. Took multiple tries to make it work.

Still have not received the original order I placed that was supposed to be here by Christmas. Very disappointed even though I was able to re-order at no charge.

I was finally able to get ahold of Catherine's via chat. This is after numerous attempts to call them and told that I would need to try again later as they were just to busy with phone calls to answer the phone. I asked to cancel my order, but they said since it is processing I cannot. They claim that it is increased order volume. This order has said that it was "processing" since day 1. My favorite part of this conversation is when they said "make sure you check out our clearance items!". Not happening.

I placed an order 6 days ago and no update on my account or on my order. I tried calling and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. I cannot believe the non-customer service and lack of communication. The message on the phone said that my receipt on my order would give me an estimate of when my order would arrive and it is not on my receipt. I overlooked the $20 they charged me for shipping thinking it would still be worth it, but never again. Since placing this order I have already received my packages from Macy's - there is something seriously wrong with this organization. Just don't do mail order if you can't handle it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it unless you don't mind waiting and don't ever need to contact them.

So here's the update. FabFitFun contacted me and made things right after I wrote the bad review. They refunded me the money they charged me, and I finally received the Spring Box today that replaced the original Editor's Box they were supposed to send me. They even credited me 1/2 the amount for the upcoming Summer Box, but I couldn't see any credit on my account. So all in all, yes they made things right, but I just can't trust that something like this won't happen again. I love the concept, but until they can get a smoother running system I won't be renewing.

I attempted to order the Editor's Box and the coupon code was not working - I contact customer service and they gave me a (supposed) correct code. Well it was the wrong code and even though they originally charged me for the Editor's Box, they then credited me $20 and ordered me a Starter Box - all of this without communication. When I received my box it had a card for the Editor's Box saying everything that was in it, which was incorrect since they sent me the Starter box. I would never have chosen to order the Starter box. When I contacted customer service she was all over the place quoting me incorrect dates etc. I asked for her to have a supervisor to call me and a "supervisor" showed up on the chat. They said they were all out of Editor's Boxes and would send me a Spring Box. I assumed it would be at no charge, but they charged me the full amount and it showed up in my bank account this morning. I will be cancelling as soon as I receive my box - don't trust the customer service. They don't know what they are doing!

I ordered lots of "stocking stuffers" and more from Hollar last year. They have a lot of toys that were great for the grand kids and some really fun things very inexpensive. Think of it a bit like Wish.com but here in the US and it doesn't take forever to get your order. I've not had any problems with any of the shipments and no need to contact customer service (always a good sign!).

I was surprised that there were no reviews for Grove Collaborative - I have been receiving quality products at good prices for awhile now. There site is well run, very intuitive, and I have had no problems with shipments. They contact you when your next order is to be shipped - great communication. I have never had to contact customer service. It's a well oiled machine! Love the walnut sponges, natural bathroom & kitchen cleaners, and they have an amazing coconut lavender hand lotion you can't get anywhere else!

I have had super good experiences with Macy's. I primarily order online since I live rural and they have competitive prices especially on the sale items and a very easy "my account" set up. I had one annoying experience with some hand towels where they didn't notify me that they were on back order, but other than that 99% of my others orders were great. I think that the towel back order was the only time I had to contact customer service.

So far SunBasket is my favorite - good quality food, easy to follow recipes, less packaging than Hello Fresh. Also egg free, soy free, and gluten free options. Even if you don't continue the service, you will get some really good recipes to do over and over again :)

I had a less than perfect experience, but that being said I think that their customer service is great and they made it right. I love the idea of the subscription service and the recipes cards are great. This really gives you an opportunity to check out things you may not ordinarily eat, but have always wanted to try. A little too much packaging, but find a coupon and give it a try.

Great quality and excellent customer service. I love that the product comes in an amazing multi-use bag. They substituted one of the meats I ordered and I didn't realize. It was our least favorite cut and when I emailed about it they sent me a refund. Not that they had to do that, I was trying to figure it out - but it was super good customer service!

I was really hesitant to join, but I'm happy I did. I'm not a huge makeup person, but the other products are worth it. I have found my forever mascara and eyeliner as well as some pretty amazing face lotions etc. I think the $10 a month actually saves me money in the long run since I don't have to keep buying makeup. Could do without the extra make-up bags - I wish there was an option to switch out, but I do love that they spotlight the designers of the bags!

I have been a customer for 10 years and will continue with Amazon, but boy the customer service just gets worse and worse. I have paid for Prime since the beginning and while most of it arrives on time, not all does. And it always seems to be a gift I ordered. Customer service always is read from a script - so much that they don't hear what you have to say and you have to repeat yourself constantly even in email. So, I still love Amazon, love the concept, love that it's headquartered here in Washington, but really, please Amazon, fix the customer service!
