The quality is less than Dollar store quality. They reatined $40 shipping charge and I had to pay $69 to ship it back to them. I had two choices...return it and get back a small amount of money or throw it in the trash. Do not order from them if you're looking for quality. Hobby Lobby and Kirklands have much better quality canvas prints than Fulcrum Gallery.

They have a money back guarantee, but they retain shipping costs and the customer is required to pay shipping to return
