They promise engagement after a 72 hour review. Its been 8 days and nothing has happened at all. You can only schedule a call (which nothing is available for 5 days out) or chat on support (which no one is live and they claim to get back to you in 3 hours). They take about 1 day to respond to the chat and never address what the issue is. Waist of money. They are unreliable, have outdated support data on their help pages, and still not sure If I'll ever speak to a human. They have a terrible rating which I believe the 3 is being generous. Its more like a 1
