My daughter ordered a prom dress from GemGrace. It came quickly but, despite our using their size chart, was clearly a size too big. We purchased another right away and it got here quickly--giving us time to alter it before prom. Although it was difficult to find the info even after multiple emails we sent the first dress back for a refund. This was March. We just received our rejected, unopened first dress--so we now own a dress that is useless to us. I would not purchase from GemGrace again.
