Vogue Wigs consistently sells and takes your money for items that are "Out of Stock." The customer waits for weeks sometimes. You have to constantly follow up. So the customer passes on other sales from other companies and by the time you learn that your item is "Out of Stock," the other sales are expired. In my most recent case, I was charged for items that I never received and had to make another inquiry only to be told that the email that stated that my items were delivered were in fact not. I did receive a credit (well have to wait for it to be processed) but am left without the items that I was initially charged for and now have to wait for another company to deliver. Waste of time.
