I received a catalog and saw a brand of boots that I have been really wanting so I ordered a pair. I knew I was going to be paying more but figured it was a Christmas gift to myself. They ended up being too big so I returned them and ordered 2 others to try and would keep the one that fit. I ALWAYS have a hard time finding shoes that fit right. Anyway by the time I received these I had figured out what the correct size and width would be. I eventually purchased a pair of boots for $149.00 and had a coupon EACH time I had placed an order. Once all was said and done I received a final bill of $239.00! I find that a little extreme for one pair of boots! I know I returned two orders but still I used coupons and common sense would tell ANYONE that no one would want to pay $90 more than the original price posted. I have called so many times to speak to someone it's ridiculous! I asked for a supervisor I got placed on hold for a half hour then got disconnected! Funny thing is they have NO PROBLEM contacting me looking for money! It's so crazy!
I have sent numerous letters asking for assistance and have gotten nowhere!
So just take notice of what you are dealing with! Please beware of there customer service team, it is absolutely horrible! There was actually one woman I spoke to that was somewhat helpful but unfortunately my last return had not been processed yet so nothing could be done. At that time they were trying to bill me for close to $500!
So FRUSTRATING!
