Placed an order online with rush shipment paid. About 10 days later after trying to call a number that didn't work, I got an email apology about some system malfunction. I called canceled order with email and voice as I could never reach anyone... Two months later I noticed charge on my account for the items and they arrived shortly after... I called, still same no answer on phone call. FOund a cell number for this Joshua Clark who apologized and was to send me label to return items I do not need. Two weeks later, nothing. I am FURIOUS!
