I purchased a Levoit Hybrid Ultrasonic Humidifier and in less than 30 days the mist stoopped working. I read the troubleshooting manual and followed the directions. Afterwards, it would mist for a little while, then stop and sometimes not mist at all. Since they had a 30 day refund policy, I contacted support. This company will not take phone calls. I received an email response 2 days later which ignored my request for a refund and stated to send them a video so they can troubleshoot. I am done troubleshooting as I have already done that and I don't need them to troubleshoot for me. I responded and quoted their return policy which is on their website and pretty transparent. I have not recieved a response in 4 days. This company provides poor customer service, does not comply with their own return policy and I have a product which is poor quality.
