I've bought quite a bit of product from them in the past year. Lotions, bottles, caps, boxes, soaps and bathbombs. I've had an issue with one bottle missing from a case of 6. I called they replaced the missing bottle. I didn't have any problems with ordering, shipping, or customer service when a mistake was made. The products themselves were good quality and aesthetically pleasing. I've read some recent reviews of the lotion and can say that if what they're claiming is true, then the issue has been resolved because I haven't had the same experience. It's possible that extenuating circumstances lead to these unfortunate events but I can honestly say that I've not had any of the experiences that's I'm seeing in these reviews and I'm very excited to continue working with Bulk Apothecary.
