“Poor customer service”

I purchased the Ever Strong Thickening Shampoo for $8.99. When I went to use in in the shower nothing came out the top, but the bottom seam was completely opened and the entire bottle had squeezed out onto the shower floor. I sent a picture of the bottle and the opened seam to L'Oreal and requested a replacement. They said my picture didn't show the lot number (not on the tube anywhere) and they would need more pictures and a copy of the receipt. I had not saved the receipt, or I would have returned it to the store. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON L'OREAL ANYMORE.

Tip for consumers:
They say it is best if you upload a picture of the receipt if you have it, but then when done a screen pops up saying your review may get bumped if you don't have a receipt. If I had a receipt I would have returned the product to the store. How many people save receipts for everything they purchase. It looks like it is coming to that as manufacturing quality is getting worse.
