BOYCOTT CVS PHARMACY LOCATION AT 6310 BURLINGTON ROAD, WHITSETT NC *******... BETWEEN THEIR INCOMPETENT CASHIER WENDY AND WORTHLESS MINIMUM WAGE STORE MANAGER. PAM.

I & HUBBY, CVS IS FIRED. I CANCELLED MY MONTHLY CAREPASS, XFR OUR ENTIRE PRESCRIPTIONS OVER TO ANOTHER PHARMACY, WHERE I KNOW I CAN GET AN EMAIL RECEIPT AND PRINTED RECEIPT WITH NO HASSLE, AND BE TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM BY THE CASHIER. I DID NOT PURPOSELY GO INTO THAT CVS PHARMACY LOOKING FOR TROUBLE THAT DAY, WHEN ALL I DID WAS ASK FOR A SIMPLE PRINTED REGISTER RECEIPT, OF WHICH I NEVER GOT, OMG! SERIOUSLY, LOL... THEY HAVE LOST BOTH OF US AS RETURNING CUSTOMERS.

WE ARE DONE. WE HAVE DECIDED WE ARE GOING TO BE VERY SELECTIVE ON WHO WE SPEND OUR MONEY WITH. NO CVS AT ANY LOCATION WILL NEVER EVER GET OUR BUSINESS. AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS, NO MORE. DONE WITH CVS PHARMACY!

THEIR INCOMPETENT CASHIER WENDY WAS SO DISORIENTED IN MY REQUEST WHEN ALL I DID WAS ASK FOR A REGISTER PRINTED RECEIPT AT THE END OF MY TRANSACTION. SHE REFUSED CAUSE SHE SENT IT TO MY EMAIL. SHE CALLED ME A LIAR WHEN I TOLD HER I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET BOTH AN EMAIL AND PRINTED RECEIPT FROM ANOTHER CVS.

AND CVS WEBSITE CLEARLY SAYS " ASK FOR DIGITAL RECEIPTS THE NEXT TIME YOU VISIT. ( P.S. YOU CAN STILL GET PRINTED RECEIPTS... KEEP ON PLAYING)... CAUTION CVS WILL MISTREAT YOU THEIR CASHIER THAT DAY ACTED APE CRAZY IF YOU ASK FOR A PRINTED REGISTER RECEIPT, JUST BECAUSE SHE EMAILED IT. SHE DID NOT CARE ENOUGH TO ASK THE CUSTOMER WOULD YO LIKE TO RECEIVE IT BY EMAIL OR PRINTED. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO DECIDE FOR ME.

HER HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR ABOUT IT LEFT ME WALKING OUT UNHAPPY. SHE DID NOT TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PRINT MY RECEIPT FROM THE REGISTER. SHE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CALL FOR HELP FROM A MANAGER TO SHOW HER HOW TO DO IT. HER HOSTILE BEHAVIOR AND TONE TOWARDS ME, SHE REFUSED.

I FILLED OUT THE CVS SURVEY THEY EMAILED ME. I MADE SURE IT SHOWED " 0. " BAD EXPERIENCE, UNSATISFACTORY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP AT CVS PHARMACY. BAD NEWS TRAVELS FAST.

THEN AFTERWARDS NEXT DAY I GET THIS NICE EMAIL FROM PAM, STORE MANAGER, APOLOGIZING FOR HER BAHAVIOR, SAYING WECARE SORRY YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, SHE SAID IN THE EMAIL, CALL ME SO I CAN MAKE IT BETTER.

SO I DO CALL AND I WAS DISTRAUGHT BY HER VINDICTIVE HOSTILE BEHAVIOR ON THE PHONE. SHE WENT OFF ON ME, TALKING LOUD OVER ME AS I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEN, CAUSE SHE DID ASK ME WHAT HAPPEN. I NEVER GOT A WORD IN, SHE EXCUSED ME OF SCREAMING ON THE PHONE, OF WHICH I DID NOT, SHE CAUSED ME TO TALK LOUD OVER HER TRYING TO EXPLAIN. I THINK SHE PURPOSELY ASK ME TO CALL, SO THAT SHE COULD GANG UP ON ME WITH THE CASHIER WENDY. WHAT STORE MANAGER ACTS LIKE THAT?! SERIOUSLY. SHE DID NOT OFFER ANY SYMPATHY OR EMPATHY. SHE CLEARLY SHOWED HERSELF WITH A LOUD HOSTILE TONE. SHE DID NOT CARE TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY. SHE MADE IT WORSE. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR HER VINDICTIVE BEHAVIOR!

THEN I SAID I WILL CALL CVS CORPORATE AND HANG UP ON HER.

NO MORE CVS PHARMACY. I DID NOT DESERVE TO BE MISTREATED LIKE THIS IN THE STORE AND OVER THE PHONE, JUST BECAUSE I ASK FOR A SIMPLE PRINTED REGISTER RECEIPT. I & HUBBY, WE DON, T NEED CVS PHARMACY. THEY HAVE COMPETITION!
