Ordered a custom-made dress. Went to two seamstresses, who took my measurements. Emailed them with those measurements, and they responded with my size. I ordere the dress, and it did not fit. I emailed them, mentioning my dissatisfaction. They asked me to send pictures of the dress not fitting, which I did. They replied back saying "yes, it does look a little tight, but we only followed the measurements we received (remember, they were the one who suggested the size I should order, not me). We told them that we were seeking a full refund, and their response was "please reconsider this, because it will cost you too much in shipping, and if it comes back a second time, you would be responsible for those charges too). So much for "100% satisfaction". I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company when buying a dress. They send you the wrong size dress, and then they expect you to pay for their mistakes. Save your money and go elsewhere. Bad company. Bad customer service.
