If your order is complete and ok then its not a problem but that want the case the last time I ordered from them.
An item was missing so they promised a replacement will be posted, then I opened the sack of dog food only to notice some of it was mouldy and it was out of date, granted it was only a month out of date but the mould, that's what makes it worse.
Despite many promises by customer services, including that of getting a replacement as a matter of urgency, I've heard nothing else.
I did explain I needed the dog food as I was almost out but I don't think they really care, I'll stick to another retailer from now on.
