I got a cheap promotional subscription for completing a survey, and when I went to check that my subscriptions were actually active, I accidentally hit the Unsubscribe button, which immediately cancelled my subscription, no "Are you sure?" or anything! I talked to customer support about it but they said there was no way to reverse it. Huge disappointment!
