Well, so far I have used them twice.
The first time was when I signed up and I asked a question about the storage and security of my credit card and I got no response back for a week.
The second time- I purchased something and was immediately charged to my credit card. NEVER RECEIVED proof of purchase, never received item that I bought.
Two complaints in to this company and so far no response.
The person from Lving Social who responded that bad customer service is unusual is- well- lying through their teeth.
NOW TODAY I have to waste my valuable time reporting fraud and perhaps even having to change my credit card number. Thanks you mother f-ers/
