I ordered earrings for my daughter to wear on Christmas Eve on November 17. It is now December 20th and they have not been delivered. When I attempted to use Italo's website tracking function, it claims not to recognize their own tracking number - that they sent to me via email. You can't reach them by phone. The live chat operator just tells you they're in transit with no detail. According to the website delivery was to take place in 8-10 days. SCAM
