A fraudulent practice and damn care attitude. You will agree after reading this.
1. The commission for booking a ticket is very high and will not show until the last click for payment.
2. Booking shall be confirmed by email then will receive SMS saying booking failed and will ask to call customer care.
3. One customer care executive will talk to you and then make you hold for unlimited time.
4. Call again. And she explained the booking was not confirmed after booking. How did I receive email confirming the ticket! Dangerous... and she cut the phone I ask for justification.
