They sent me a dress with a broken zipper. I inquired with them on exchanging. NO response from any attempt at contacting them. Finally mailed it back. The dress cost me $34 plus $8 to mail back the damaged dress. They sent me a store credit for $14. I dont even know where they came up with that number. I at the very very least deserve my $34 back in store credit and really the $8 I spent on return shipping too. I emailed them, filled out the website trouble ticket and called them. No responses anywhere and the phone system will hang up on your no matter what option you choose. STAY AWAY. Terrible company.
