I placed a 40 € order on the 17th of april 2014, and I payed as well, but I have not seen my order yet. I have contacted customerservice 3 times by email, and the answer is always the same "Dear, we are so sorry about that the shipping is so slowly. Please keep waiting.
Please don't worry. Thank you. Today I tryed to reach the website w/o success. I hope having lost my money.
