I urge you to not use this business as they will rob you out of your money and ignore any attempts to co tact them. They robbed me of 5807$$ even though I tried desperately to undo my booking within 24 hours. One is blocked on purpose to get through to any customer service representative via phone! Online chats are ignored and disconnected by rude employees
Emails to customer service are ignored and send computer generated messages back that make no sense! This is very scary! As a single mom with three kids I got scammed by $5807!
Tip for consumers:
There is no customer service in the US and the company frauds you out of money
Products used:
They ignore any attempts for full refund even booking dates are wrong and extra insurance was purchased for refunds and flexible travel dates
