They are rude and inconsiderate, unresponsive and cause unnecessary stress to all involved. Isn't part of the abroad experience finding your own way? Thankfully we did not use them but because a lot of the kids do, it effects everyone. And all who are aligned with them by default suffer the consequences.

If you are looking for high quality, comfortable product DO NOT buy from this company. I was hoping to give it 0 stars. The information and photos posted on their website are inaccurate. The clothes appear to be cozy comfy and properly designed. What you actually receive is a shiny, polyester, ill fitting article of clothing. The site will only return items that have "a hole or stain" irregardless of the fact they misrepresented their product. Any negative review left for the product is immediately deleted by the company. Buyer beware!
