I ordered from this company several years ago with no problem. I ordered the same product almost 3 weeks ago. There is NO customer service number to speak to a real person. The "customer service" number says that issues are only taken care of online. The online "customer service" is only Monday through Friday during business hours. I sent an email on Friday morning - no response. This was after waiting the required 10 business days for my order. No tracking information was available. I only received a response through Facebook this morning (Monday), like a previous review stated. The "customer service" representative sent a message stating that what I ordered is no longer in stock. Why wasn't this communicated to me before 2 1/2 weeks of wating? X-( Any company that is not willing to have a customer service phone number with humans to answer the line is SUSPECT. The ONLY REASON I did NOT cancel my order is because I did not want to deal with the credit card company, in addition to this company. I will review my replacement order when received. ONLY ORDER IF NO PROBLEMS ARE EXPECTED, OR IF THEY CHANGE THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" TELEPHONE POLICY!
