I bid and won a few lots back in Nov 2023 and STILL HAVE NOT received all my items. Many excuses: "ship after holidays, in the process of moving, will send out in a few days... etc." Till this date (2-22-24), I have NOT received half my items! So disappointed! I even gave them the option to send me the money back if they couldn't come up with items. BEWARE!

Contacted HIBID as well and they have not resolved anything either!
